Terms of Service

§ 1 Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all agreements between NexusINT ("Provider") and its customers regarding use of the platform nexusint.io.

§ 2 Subject of contract

Provision of an OSINT platform with access to publicly available data sources, communication and intelligence tools according to the chosen plan.

§ 3 Terms of use

• The user agrees to use the services only within the scope of applicable law.
• Stalking, identity theft, harassment and commercial reselling of the data are strictly prohibited.
• Abuse results in immediate termination without refund.

§ 4 Pricing & payment

Prices are listed on the pricing page. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe.

§ 5 Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g BGB applies.

§ 6 Liability

NexusINT is liable only for intent and gross negligence. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of OSINT results sourced from third parties.

§ 7 Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is [your registered office]. German law applies.
